QoH was right - obvious STEMI (easy case)

Today we were called out for a 45-year-old patient without cardiovascular factor driving his car with sudden chest pain who had stopped at the side of the highway.

Obvious STEMI but i share the case just “for fun”.

The patient was stable but developed ventricular fibrillation at cath lab admission.

LAD revascularisation well performed with TIMI-3.

Still alive, happy outcome :)
